5. Software License and Restrictions

You do not have the right to create derivative works of the Software. The foregoing limitations shall in no way be deemed a derogation of the express rights granted under these Terms.

6. User Accounts

You may need to create an account and provide information about yourself to access and use Bill L. Sherley. To be effective, the Notification must include the following:
